Hello. My name is Rudy G. Cortez and I reside in the Alamo City of San Antonio, Texas. As a Grammy-nominated Tex-Mex Accordionist, activist and former military veteran, I take pride in defending and protecting my country and those who work hard to keep America moving strong and alive.

I learned to organize and unite with other like-minded folks and entrepreneurs as a way to gain strength in large numbers to protect our rights to earn a decent living. So instead of complaining and making excuses about how laws are changing for the worst and not having enough money to make the legal system work for me, I found a way to be part of the solution and not part of the problem. I now work with proactive drivers and dedicated people from all walks of life who are willing to succeed while helping the professional driver and their families protect their income.

Ignorance of the Law is No Excuse

As a strong believer in Freedom of Choice and standing up for ones own rights, I simply do not accept "Ignorance of the Law" as an excuse for any bureaucrat to take away ones hard earned money and much less destroy a truck drivers livelihood. Neither should you or any hardworking truck driver and CDL holder.

Despite considering myself to be a pretty positive and optimistic person, I just couldn't see myself spending any money on a service or protection plan that would protect me from events that I thought may never happen to me. I am very pleased with the TVC Pro-Driver services that I have received since being a member. Fortunately, I have only received two tickets in the past eighteen months. In both cases, I used the TVC attorney services. The attorneys TVC selected to help me did a remarkable job. In the first case, the overweight ticket, and out of date SSR was thrown out of court and I only had to pay court costs. In the second case the speeding ticket was reduced to an equipment violation and I only had to pay a $25.00 fine and court costs. SBCA saved me money......AGAIN! I bought a Palm Pilot PVDA through the SBCA's Network Shopping Service for $310.99. Three weeks later I found the same product for $244.00. I submitted copies of my receipt and the identification of the company with the lower price to Network Shopping Service. After they verified the information, I received a check for $133.98 - Double the Price Difference! That lowered the cost of my Palm to $177.01. What an Opportunity!
I was broke and had tried several types of sales. I invested money in products that never really sold.
